Cruelty Free Beauty Products that are Even Better than the Ones that Test on Animals
All of the following beauty products are not tested on animals and are from cruelty free brands. These products also happen to be some of my all time favs and I would 100% recommend all of them. They are extremely high quality, have natural ingredients (no parabens), and the fact that their brands recognize the cruelty associated with animal testing, and are taking a stand by refusing to test any of their products or their product ingredients on animals makes me love them even more!
Lawless Setting Powder- This brand was created by influencer and businesswoman Annie Lawless. She created this makeup line because she loves makeup and wanted to create products that performed just as well as the best luxury products but without all of the harmful chemicals. You know this brand contains absolutely no harmful chemicals or ingredients because it is certified clean at Sephora. These non toxic beautifully formulated products prove that beauty does not need to come with sacrifice. These setting powders are better than any setting powder i have ever used. they are so thing and light weight and make your skin look smooth and beautifully airbrushed. They also make my makeup last all day long. These are of such high quality every makeup loving girl needs in her collection.
Acure Organic Cold-Pressed Rosehip Oil- I am OBSESSED with this Rosehip oil. I would bath in it if possible. Rosehip is so amazing for your skin, and it is great for anti aging. When it comes to oils I don't want to just be putting anything onto my skin. It needs to be 100% organic. It also has to be cold pressed and unrefined so there are no additives. There should not be multiple ingredients. Pretty much the standards that you have for your green juice are the standards you should have for your oils. Some oils are mixed with less expensive oils to lower the cost, don't fall for that trick. Check the ingredients, make sure it is cold pressed and organic. this is why I LOVE Acure because I trust their standards, and I know their ingredients are quality are pure. This is the best Rosehip Oil I have ever used, and the cherry on top is that this brand is PETA approved!
Kora Organics Skincare Products- This brand is also certified clean at Sephora. Kora Organics was created by supermodel Miranda Kerr. I love everything this brand stands for and their focus on health and wellness along with their commitment to create effective, high quality, clean, organic products. They are also certified cruelty free by PETA. This product is so wonderful (along with all their other products) because it smells wonderful and is so relaxing. I love anything lavender. It is also really soothing for the skin, and perfect for a nighttime skincare routine.
The Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Products- My favorite brow product is the Anastasia Beverly Hills brow wiz. They offer an array of different products you can use to fill in your brows, but I love the brow wiz because it is quick, precise, and easy to use.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Bronzer- This product by Hourglass is sooo pretty. It provides you with a really natural looking sun kissed bronze radiance. The formula is shimmery but not sparkly giving your skin a natural radiance and it is so incredibly lightweight. This product is expertly formulated to reflect light in a way that blurs, enhances, and illuminates the areas where you apply it. It also come in a large compact and you only need a little bit of the product so it will last you a very long time. Every girl that loves a little sunkissed glow needs this product in her makeup collection. Hourglass has also committed to going fully Vegan by the year 2025 meaning their products will no longer contain any animal derived ingredients.
Tatcha Gold Camilla Beauty Oil- This is a very gorgeous and luxurious product that will have you feeling like you are a member of the royal palace. It has a higher price point but it is one of those products that is worth every penny. The ingredients are also super clean and natural (certified clean at Sephora).
Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Palate- If you like to contour, this palate is the queen of contouring palates. The colors and shades are perfect & they blend super easily. It simply is just the best.
Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Framboos Glycolic Night Serum- This product is simply life changing. This is another brand that is certified clean at Sephora, so absolutely nor harmful ingredients. Their products truly work. This serum resurfaces the skin over night to make way for a beautiful even and glowing complexion.
Hourglass Liquid to Powder Foundation- This foundation sets itself like magic! You squeeze it out of the foundation tube and apply it to the skin and it dries down to a completely matte powder. The staying power is also amazing. You can wear this all day even in heat and know it will stay in place and keep you oils at bay. It is very matte so its perfect for someone who has oily skin. It also looks really beautiful on the skin with great pigment.
Tarte Mascara- The brand Tarte is one of the absolute best when it comes to naturally formulated vegan makeup. You don’t need to sacrifice quality while choosing to shop ethically, because their products can outperform the ones that are unnaturally formulated and supporters of animal testing. They have a few different options of mascaras and they are all amazing, but my favorite is their Lights Camera Lashes 4-in-One! This mascara has ingredients that condition your lashes, so you're lashes will look great while wearing it ans feel great after you take it off. It is also Vegan and cruelty free of course. This mascaras is an essential staple to my makeup bag because of how amazing it makes my lashes look and how healthy it make my lashes feel.
